Re-Energize: Three Steps to Build a Functional, Collaborative Aligned Team

A fragmented, disjointed, deenergized team is the last thing we expect when we step into a leadership position. But many of us experience it. We want to build a strong team culture that drives outstanding results, but we often fail to foresee the difficulties and unexpected turbulence. It leaves us, as leaders, feeling foggy, frustrated, and even disillusioned. What most leaders do is to try harder to pull the team together. The problem is that without a clear framework and process to diagnose and re-energize your team, nothing changes. In fact, it just gets worse.

In this interactive session, Mark provides three steps for leaders to diagnose, re-energize, and re-align their teams so that teams can become more productive and so that leaders can enjoy leading again.

After this session, you will be able to:

  • Identify the causes of a fragmented, disjointed, or deenergized team.
  • Discuss the steps to build a functional, collaborative, aligned team.
  • Construct and use specific, purposeful activities to re-energize your own team.
