Many new HR professionals find themselves in an environment where there are many noted expectations (the procedures) and many unstated expectations (what the organization needs from the HR professional). This session is focused on addressing the unstated expectations for new HR professionals and for those who would like to further develop in their role as an HR professional.
Organizations need fully developed HR professionals that serve as knowledgeable business partners. Yet, often organizations under utilize the HR professional as processors.
